Courteous staff. The lady-technician (called through the Front desk) promptly answered the call and set right a minor problem with the Room TV and the toilet seat. The room was spacious with all amenities like Safe, Fridge, Mirrors etc. The shower enclosure is big, clean and well-fitted. The breakfast cafe is kept clean, and the food was sumptuous, ordered from a few Alacarte items listed in a menu card. The cook-cum-server lady was very polite and helpful!

The location was good, we were able to navigate to the things we wanted to do. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very nice.

The room was spacious but could use more lighting. The counter space in the bathroom was lacking. Would prefer more space to layout toiletries, makeup etc. Decor was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

The entire team at Hotel Westport were wonderful and kind. Tasha and Nakeesha made me feel as though we had known each other for years. Their assistance and hospitality is top notch! Thank you all so very much! I will be back soon!

The hotel is newly renovated and fancy. Walking distance to Westport. Spacious, clean, free WiFi, and very friendly, helpful, and bright staff. Best hotel I've stayed at in years! Thank you! :)
